Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to help support global quality operations, focusing on supplier quality, audits, and regulatory compliance. Our team values strong organizational skills and effective cross-functional collaboration to ensure adherence to industry standards and internal processes.

Responsibilities:

Support the supplier quality team lead through participating in inspections, audit programs, and international conference calls. Coordinate and oversee the planning and scheduling of internal and external audits, including monitoring auditor adherence and completion. Maintain and update audit plans, TrackWise Vendor Management system, and the Approved Supplier List, while managing the vendor management process and related documentation. Compile and report key performance indicators, audit metrics, and compliance status for internal and external audits and GMP outsourced activities.

Required:

BA/BS degree required. 4 to 7 years of experience working within quality functions. Minimum 3 years of experience conducting audits. Experience supporting or participating in quality management systems and supplier quality processes.
