Diversity Award Winner What You'll Do:

You'll provide compassionate, high-quality care—assisting residents with daily needs, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, supporting mealtimes, and working closely with our interdisciplinary team. Our Neighborhood Approach ensures person-centered care, dignity, and connection in everything we do.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Accurately administer routine medications (oral, topical, optic, suppository) following Broadmead policies and physician orders Safely monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, weights, and medication administration records Observe, report, and communicate resident status or changes to the charge nurse Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including toileting, dressing, mobility, and positioning Make regular rounds, respond promptly to call lights, and ensure residents are prepared for appointments and daily activities Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment while following all infection control and safety standards Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to support treatments and procedures Support residents living with memory challenges using Broadmead's Neighborhood Approach , including mealtime assistance, diet accuracy, and communication with dining and care teams Promote excellent internal customer service and uphold Broadmead's code of conduct at all times If you're passionate about resident-centered care and want to work in a supportive, inclusive environment where your contribution truly matters, Broadmead is the place for you .
