About the Role As a GNA/CNA at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Birch Manor, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital sign monitoring, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.5 - $23 HOURLY , as well as a unique opportunity to earn a $750 bonus for full-time GNA's after 6 months of employment. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a GNA/CNA and a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
