What Success Looks Like:
Your Impact Greets each guest and educates them on course conditions, course rules and policies, and pace of play Maintains communications from the first tee with golf shop, cart staff and ranger Monitors first tee, tee off times, turn times and finish times; reporting irregularities and misuse of equipment and property Ensures equipment is stored properly and safety practices are enforced What You Bring Possess excellent verbal communication and people relations skills Must possess strong customer service skills and remain calm and work effectively in stressful situations Must possess a general understanding of pace of play, golf terminology and rules Able to remain in stationary position for minimum of two hours Weekend availability a plus Don't meet every single requirement?
