Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Golf Professional to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our golf operations, providing exceptional service to members and guests while promoting the sport and enhancing their overall experience. Your leadership will ensure smooth daily operations, foster a welcoming environment, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Responsibilities Deliver personalized golf instruction and coaching to players of all skill levels, enhancing their enjoyment and performance on the course Manage daily tee sheet operations, including booking reservations, scheduling tee times, and overseeing shift management Organize and oversee golf events, tournaments, and club activities to create engaging experiences for members and guests Supervise staff including caddies, pro shop attendants, and event coordinators, ensuring excellent guest services and efficient operations Handle cash transactions, retail sales in the pro shop, and maintain accurate report writing for daily activities and financials Oversee guest services by providing expert advice on course play, club rentals, merchandise, and hospitality offerings Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives, membership drives, and special events to boost club engagement Skills Proven leadership skills with experience supervising teams in a hospitality or resort environment Strong background in customer service with a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences Experience managing events or tournaments within a golf or hospitality setting Excellent communication skills for report writing, staff coordination, and guest interactions Ability to handle shift management efficiently while maintaining high standards of service Familiarity with restaurant or nightclub operations is a plus for coordinating hospitality services during events Knowledge of cash handling procedures and retail sales processes within a resort or club setting Join us to inspire golfers of all levels while leading a dynamic team dedicated to excellence!
