Job Description

Overview We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Golf Shop Attendant to join our team at a Pinewood Golf Club. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing retail sales, and ensuring the smooth operation of the golf shop. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, retail experience, and a passion for delivering a memorable guest experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with their needs in the golf shop Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure the shop is well-organized and inviting. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with merchandising strategies Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products and services Manage phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette Be able to mix drinks in golf shop for customers. Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the retail area
