Golf Shop Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Golf Shop Manager to lead our golf retail operation with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily golf shop activities, ensure exceptional member and guest experiences, receiving and displaying merchandise, and drive sales through excellent customer service. Duties Manage inventory levels efficiently, rotate displays keeping the golf shop looking fresh and oversee daily operations to maximize productivity Handle customer inquiries, special orders, resolve issues promptly, and deliver memorable member and guest experiences Oversee daily and special order POS transactions Work closely with the golf professionals to support golf tournaments and special events Maintain inventory levels, order merchandise, and ensure the shop is well-stocked with golf equipment, apparel, and accessories Supervise shop cleanliness, presentation standards, and adherence to safety protocols to uphold a professional environment Skills Proven leadership experience in roles within hospitality, retail, or resort environments Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage members and guests warmly and resolve conflicts effectively Experience in managing events is a plus for coordinating special golf events or tournaments Supervising experience with a focus on team development and performance management Skilled in shift management and maintaining high standards of services Join us as a Golf Shop Manager where your leadership fuels memorable member and guest experiences!
