Graduate Wireless Communication Research Assistant - Department of Engineering Technologies Bowling Green State University, United States about 15 hours ago
Location:
Campus, ILLINOIS Summary Seeking a highly motivated undergraduate or graduate student to assist with the wireless communication research. Career Readiness Competencies Set personal goals and track progress toward them. Adjust tone and approach based on audience (e.g., peers vs. supervisors). Break down tasks into steps to complete work more efficiently. Use technology to organize, track, or present information clearly. Essential Functions Assist in setting up and operating wireless communication testbeds using TMYTEK hardware Implement deep learning models for wireless channel estimation, signal detection, or beamforming Collect, process, and analyze experimental RF data Support MATLAB/Python-based simulation and data analysis Document experiments, results, and procedures Assist with research reports and publications as needed Minimum Qualifications Enrolled as a graduate student in any applied sciences, statistics, or engineering. ground in wireless communications and signals & systems Programming experience in Python and/or MATLAB Familiarity with basic machine learning or deep learning concepts Ability to work independently and troubleshoot technical setups Additional Information This position is expected to require 20 hours of work per week.
