Position:

Grain Operations Key responsibilities include: Loading and unloading grain trucks and railcars Operating grain handling equipment such as conveyors, augers, and grain elevators Performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed Monitoring grain quality and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards Assisting with inventory management and record-keeping Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operation of the facility

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in grain operations or a related field preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate heavy machinery safely Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
