What You Bring 5+ years of hands-on diesel experience (Class 4-8 trucks) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability Experience with Cummins, CAT, Detroit, PACCAR, etc. Familiarity with diagnostic platforms (Insite, DDL, ServiceMaxx, etc.) A "fix it right the first time" mindset Personal accountability and attention to detail Your Role Perform diagnostics and repairs on heavy-duty trucks Identify root cause failures and related damage Work closely with advisors and parts to deliver efficient turnaround Maintain a clean, professional workspace Represent the shop with professionalism A Quick Note This is a performance-driven shop.
