Lead Track Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $18.50 /hour Full Time and Part Time work available Third Shift (Monday through Friday from 10:00pm to 06:30am) Batch and stage ingredients for production Operate ovens and other technical equipment Monitor production output and finished poundage Perform quality checks and take machine readings Maintain proper inventory levels and documentation Sanitize equipment and tools Support team workflow and help guide less experienced team members Communicate production updates and escalate issues as needed Granola Processing Technician ?

Lead Track Qualifications:

Previous leadership experience (shift lead, closer, supervisor, or similar) preferred Ability to lift, push, pull, and twist up to 65 lbs consistently Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Ability to adjust priorities and support production goals Maintain legible and accurate records/paperwork Punctual, reliable, with a solid attendance record Strong reading comprehension, writing skills, and basic math Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
