Grant Facilitator for 21st Century Community Learning Centers North End STARS grantGENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES
This is a grant-funded position which will provide several schools with grant and programmatic assistance for 21st CCLC after school and summer academies. The position will include some travel to schools and work at the central office. They will report to 21st CCLC Project Director(s).ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE
Coordinate and assist in the implementation of multiple MSDE 21st Century Community Learning Centers Grants (1 grant, 2 schools) Work with 21st CCLC Project Directors, Extended School Administrators and other Grant Facilitators to offer effective, successful afterschool and summer programs for Worcester County Attend Afterschool and Summer Academy meetings at the school, county and/or state Plan, coordinate, and monitor program budgets, in accordance with 21st CCLC Assist with submitting budget amendments, when Assist with submitting Interim grant reports, grant Continuation Reports, and grant Final Coordinate data collection for both local and grant Prepare Local, State, and Federal written reports, including but not limited to start-up, mid-year, and continuation reports. Work closely with after school administrators and site directors to submit required Federal data reports for the 21st CCLC program. Serve on afterschool and summer academy committees, as well as participate and play an integral role in afterschool and summer evaluations and monitoring visits. Work with third party evaluators of the 21st CCLC Assist in planning and delivering professional development for afterschool and summer Collaborate with community agencies who may partner with the 21st CCLC Perform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Education preferred, degree in Public/Business Administration Ability to communicate effectively using written and oral communication Ability to use current technology to maintain records and obtain data and Experience with managing multiple job duties, sites, and Experience in managing grants and/or experience with afterschool or summer programs isDUTY YEAR AND SALARY
This position is a part-time position, 2-3 days per week at a rate of $40.00/hour. This position is available during the remainder of the 1-year grant cycle, and possible additional grant cycles. This is NOT a Worcester County Administrative position.APPLICATION PROCEDURE
