This role collaborates closely with leadership, program staff and finance teams to ensure proposals aligned with organization priorities and funding requirements. The ideal candidate is a strong writer with excellent research, organizational, and project management skills. Responsibilities Research and identify grant opportunities that align with the organization's mission, programs, and funding needs. Write clear compelling and persuasive grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and support narratives Navigate various funder portals for application submission and required reporting Develop and maintain a grants calendar to track deadlines, reporting requirements, and renewal opportunities Collaborate with program staff to gather data, outcomes, develop budgets and support documentation Ensure all proposals comply with funder guidelines and submission requirements Edit, proofread and format proposals for accuracy, clarity, and consistency Maintain grant files, records, and reporting documentation Prepare interim and final grant reports as required by funders and work closely with fiscal department Build and maintain relationships with funders and grant-making organizations Track grant performance and support evaluation efforts Requirements Bachelor's or 2 years' Experience in Grant Writing Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously Experience using grant management software or database
