Primary Objective of Position:
This role supports Newmar s training, customer education, and creative media initiatives by combining technical RV expertise with advanced design and communication skills. The position is responsible for creating high-quality media content, coordinating Academy programs, supporting the King Aire Experience, and monitoring RVTI technician training progress. This role ensures seamless customer experience through accurate information, professional presentation, and well-coordinated training operations, both onsite and on the road.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Produce graphic design assets for print, digital, and instructional materials, including flyers, advertisements, and electronic media. Create, film, and edit course videos and other media content in support of Newmar Academy and departmental initiatives. Design and format Owner s Guides, including cover artwork, internal layout, and supporting visual elements. Edit, crop, and prepare photos for publication, web use, and training materials. Set up Newpro accounts and provide backup support for Newgle account creation. Support and coordinate the King Aire Experience program, including inventory management and event preparation. Assist with customer inquiries regarding Academy events and provide timely and accurate communication. Coordinate Academy class scheduling, room setup, materials, participant needs, and follow‑up communication. Serve as a backup class instructor, including content preparation and delivery as needed. Travel to on‑road Academy events to assist with logistics, instruction, and customer support. Monitor and track RVTI technician training levels, maintaining accurate documentation and communicating progress to management. Assist instructors and internal teams in preparing training materials, demonstrations, and hands‑on instructional activities.
Key Attributes:
Ability to design clear, engaging, and polished media materials. Understanding of RV systems and components to support training and customer communication. Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, technicians, trainers, and internal teams. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy. Customer‑focused mindset dedicated to delivering a positive experience. Adaptability to shift between creative, technical, and customer‑facing tasks, including travel. Proactive problem‑solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and offer solutions.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts or associate s degree in a related field and equivalent professional experience Graphic design experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools. RV experience, including systems understanding and troubleshooting. RVTI training or equivalent technical training experience preferred.
