Job Description

Shift :
8:00 am - 4 pm, Monday -
Friday Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and maintaining marketing materials, branding assets, and visual content that support business initiatives across the organization. This position works closely with Brand Managers and internal teams to create impactful, brand-consistent materials that support marketing campaigns, product launches, digital content, trade shows, and overall company branding efforts. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong design quality and brand consistency in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Design and develop marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, flyers, catalogs, trade show materials, presentations, signage, social media graphics, and digital content. Collaborate with creative counterparts and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful brand ideas and lead these efforts through design execution. Participate in brainstorming sessions, campaign planning, and creative strategy discussions. Ensure all materials are visually consistent, accurate, and aligned with established brand standards. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities. Support company events and industry tradeshows through development of promotional and visual materials. Maintain organized design files, proofs, and documentation for branding work. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Experience): Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3+ years of professional graphic design experience in a corporate, marketing, agency, or branding environment preferred. Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing, print, and digital design experience. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual communication principles. Ability to collaborate effectively with Brand Managers and cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently while also contributing in a collaborative team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of the animal health industry is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, and lift materials related to marketing events or projects. Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
