Graphic Designer

Position Summary:

Process all art associated with orders. Manage the design requests and complete in a timely manner. Design per customer request conceptual headwear for overseas or domestic production.

Primary Essential Functions:

Communicating with fellow staff members to ensure customer's needs are met. Confer with clients to discuss and determine layout design. Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts. Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations and company logos. Use computer software to generated designs. Responding to all inquiries from customers to understand clearly what type of direction is needed. Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

Must have knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop or have the desire to learn, possess artistic ability as well as a basic fundamental understanding of design and color theory. Must have the ability to work closely with other people. Must be punctual and have a positive work attitude. Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily Attentiveness and patience Time-management skills Detail oriented Some sitting, standing, walking, lifting (over 75 lbs.), bending, twisting, reaching, stretching, pushing, and pulling required.
