This role is ideal for someone who not only designs, but thinks like a producer —helping move projects forward, meet deadlines, and keep content flowing. What You'll Do Design marketing materials including email graphics, flyers, and social media content Assist in creating and refining visual assets for ongoing campaigns Help manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with internal team members and designers to hit deadlines Bring a proactive, "get it done" attitude to daily tasks What We're Looking For Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign Strong eye for layout, typography, and clean design Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality Organized and able to help manage projects , not just execute designs Positive, reliable, and gung-ho attitude
