Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and trend-driven Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion-forward home textiles and excited to develop original concepts across soft home categories, including seasonal surface prints, bedding collections, and licensed brands. Reporting to the Design Director, you will collaborate closely with Product Development, CAD, Production, Packaging, and Merchandising teams to bring innovative home products to life.

This is not a branding, logo, or marketing design role. We are specifically looking for a designer with a strong interest in fashion and textile design, including conceptual development, trend research, print direction, and lifestyle storytelling. The ideal candidate understands the creative process behind textile design and enjoys partnering with CAD teams to execute artwork and collections.

We're looking for someone with a positive, collaborative personality who is genuinely excited about the home textile space. A strong portfolio is important, and school projects are absolutely welcome.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreate seasonal mood boards, color palettes, and trend presentations in partnership with the Design DirectorDesign and develop original, trend-right, and brand-appropriate collections across top-of-bed categories and surface print assortments including Throws, Blankets, Sheets, Shower Curtains, Quilts, and ComfortersResearch trends, materials, prints, and lifestyle concepts to inspire commercially relevant collectionsDevelop accurate artwork, repeats, and production-ready files using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesignTranslate seasonal direction into cohesive and compelling design assortmentsPrepare design files and specifications for sampling and productionCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure product execution aligns with design intentSupport revisions, costing updates, and presentation materials throughout developmentPartner with Product Development to source fabrics, trims, and innovative surface techniquesManage workload proactively within the product development calendar to meet deadlines02720-0013417215
