Role Overview We are a healthcare technology organization, is looking for an AI-savvy, detail-oriented Production Graphic Designer to join our internal creative team. Reporting to the Executive Creative Director and working alongside a Senior Art Director, you'll help execute, format, and polish high-visibility marketing, sales, digital, print, and video materials. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys the craft of production, works well within a structured creative team, and takes pride in creating polished, brand-compliant work. You'll work independently while receiving mentorship from senior creative leadership and support from a Project Manager to keep workflow moving smoothly.

Core Responsibilities Presentation Polishing:

Transform rough drafts into polished, professional, brand-compliant Google Slides and PowerPoint presentations, with a focus on layout consistency, typography, and visual clarity.

Collateral Execution:

Format and update one-pagers, white papers, brochures, infographics, website graphics, and other marketing and sales materials.

Digital Asset Production:

Create and resize assets for website, email, social, and other digital platforms.

AI Implementation:

Use AI tools to improve efficiency in production workflows, including resizing, image enhancement, and routine asset generation.

Brand Guardianship:

Follow brand guidelines to ensure all deliverables are cohesive, professional, and on-brand.

Video Production:

Edit and create short videos using Descript and Adobe After Effects.

Internal Collaboration:

Partner with the Senior Art Director, Executive Creative Director, and Project Manager to deliver high-quality work and manage assignments through Asana. Qualifications and Skills Essentials 3-8 years of professional experience in a production-focused design role. Proficiency using AI for design tasks. Strong Google Slides skills, including master slides, themes, and complex layouts. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Firefly, and After Effects. Knowledge of prepress and preparing files for professional print. Experience using Asana or a similar task management tool. Nice-to-Haves Canva design experience. Descript editing experience. Tradeshow design experience. Familiarity with digital accessibility standards, including ADA and WCAG. About You You are AI-forward, fast-moving, teachable, and always learning. You're a self-starter who can problem-solve without every detail spelled out, and you take pride in clean files, precise alignment, polished formatting, and error-free execution.
