Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians' Internal Controls and NQRC Policies and Procedures. Assists with conceptualization, design, coordination, and production of promotional materials to include posters, rack cards, ads, newsletters, indoor and outdoor signage, brochures, etc., in printed and digital formats. Creates web ads, email graphics, and readies files for web. Assists in logo and brand management, including regulation of color and usage. Coordinates with in-house and external vendors and teams to ensure timely completion of projects. Ensures control/protection of company assets. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Other Responsible for maintaining good attendance. Available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for business levels. This job description does not list all the duties of this position. Experience in the hospitality, entertainment, or casino industry is preferred. Experience must be in Graphic Design and production of printed and/or digital materials. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management and digital asset management software. Skills & Abilities All work will be performed on the Mac platform. Must be able to create and produce design pieces independently and quickly in a short amount of time to meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of web design and the ability to provide optimized files for web usage. Competent typing skills. Proofreading and copywriting skills preferred. Ability to maintain effective working relationships with department head and team members. Skill in solving practical problems and dealing with situations where only limited standardization exists. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Skilled in identifying and resolving design issues under pressure conditions. Must submit to and pass a timed design skills test when applying for this position. Education Associate's degree in Graphic Design Other Requirements Must be 18 years of age. Obtain and maintain a Work Permit Level I. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
