Grapple Truck Operator

Job Description We are seeking a skilled and dependable Grapple Truck Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment in tree service, debris removal, or similar outdoor labor environment. This role requires someone who can safely and efficiently operate a grapple truck while also assisting with physical ground work when needed. Responsibilities Safely operate a grapple truck for loading, hauling, and removing logs, brush, and debris Transport materials to and from job sites in a safe and efficient manner Assist with ground work and general labor as needed Help maintain a clean and safe work environment Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues Work closely with the crew to complete jobs according to company and customer expectations Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for professional development and advancement Benefits 401(k) matching up to 3%
