Grassroots Associate

Job description: Americans for Prosperity-New Hampshire is looking for passionate part-time Grassroots Associates to advocate for freedom, opportunity, and prosperity in our state. As a Grassroots Associate, you'll connect with members of your community through door-to-door conversations, surveys, and community engagement. Responsibilities:

Canvassing neighborhoods to talk with voters about policy issues, AFP-endorsed candidates or policy champions Work with the local engagement director to assist with outreach events Maintain accurate data entry on door-knocking app to track progress and measure success Provide feedback to supervisors regarding program activities, including input and observations gleaned from members of the public as well as the effectiveness of the provided equipment and tools to accomplish directed tasks. Provide stories and photographs of your efforts to local engagement directors.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years old Possess a valid driver's license Ability to work independently and as part of a team Integrity, humility, and an entrepreneurial attitude Ability to consistently work 10-40 hours per week Subject to a pre-employment background check Ability to walk around neighborhoods and climb a single flight of stairs, with or without reasonable accommodation What to
