Graveyard Community Aide Worker

The Community Aide Worker supports clients in a day program or group home by promoting independence, well-being, and life skills development. This role provides supervision, behavioral support, and assistance with daily activities while creating a safe and engaging environment. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living skills, including hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation Facilitate recreational, social, and educational activities Provide behavior management, emotional support, and crisis intervention Monitor client safety, progress, and overall well-being Assist with transportation to appointments and community activities Support medication administration per program guidelines Maintain accurate documentation and reports Collaborate with case management and clinical teams Qualifications High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred) Experience working with individuals with mental health or substance use challenges preferred CPR and First Aid certification required Valid California driver's license and good driving record Strong communication and interpersonal skills Pre-Employment Requirements FBI and DOJ fingerprint clearance Drug screening and negative TB test Must be insurable at standard automobile rates
