In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes with precision and flair. Duties Prepare and cook grilled items according to established recipes and menu specifications Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, adhering to food safety protocols Assist with menu planning by suggesting new grilled dishes and seasonal specials Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent cross contamination Support kitchen operations during busy service periods, coordinating with team members for smooth service flow Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar culinary role, preferably in a restaurant or fine dining setting Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices Experience with dietary department procedures or dietary aide roles is a plus Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills Prior experience in catering or food service industries is advantageous Join us as a Grill Cook and bring your culinary passion to life!
