Responsibilities Prepare and cook grilled items according to established recipes and presentation standards Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients for service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and prep areas in compliance with food safety regulations Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times Support menu planning efforts by providing input on ingredient availability and preparation techniques Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy service periods Assist in catering events or special functions as needed, ensuring all food is prepared to high standards Skills Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles, demonstrating knowledge of special dietary needs Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within restaurant or culinary settings Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques for various cuisines Experience with menu planning, fine dining, catering, and food service operations Knowledge of food safety protocols and adherence to health regulations Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Exceptional teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors Join us if you're passionate about culinary arts, thrive in energetic environments, and want to make a positive impact through your cooking expertise!
