We are seeking a dependable Grinder Operator to work in a manufacturing environment. This position involves operating grinding equipment to smooth, shape, and finish materials according to production and quality standards while following all safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

Operate grinding machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy Remove excess material and finish products to specification Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions Adhere to all safety guidelines

Requirements:

Ability to perform physical labor and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail Ability to work in an industrial environment Reliable transportation Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus but not required This position offers Monday-Friday schedules with 1st and 2nd shift options , starting at $16.00 per hour , with immediate openings available.
