Full-time We are currently seeking an experienced Grinder to join our team. Responsibilities Manually grind welds smooth to finish specifications Work with steel and/or aluminum materials Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, method sheets, and written instructions Analyze finish and dimensional requirements to determine the most effective process Select appropriate equipment and cycle times Use a variety of tools and equipment including: Hand grinders Drills Speed lathes Tumbling equipment Measuring equipment Other hand and power tools Qualifications Previous experience manually grinding welds smooth required Experience working with steel and/or aluminum Ability to read and follow blueprints and written instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay Up to $21.00 per hour, based on experience
