The successful candidate will manage ordering, inventory control, pricing, and shelf conditions to ensure products are consistently well-stocked, accurately priced, and attractively displayed. You will design and execute compelling merchandising strategies, promotional setups, and seasonal displays that maximize visibility, basket size, and impulse purchases while minimizing shrink and out-of-stocks. A strong command of planograms, category management principles, and data-driven decision-making is essential. This position also requires leadership of department staff, including hiring, training, and performance management to maintain a productive, customer-focused team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and proactive, with a proven ability to manage high SKU counts, coordinate with vendors and distributors, and maintain strict standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
