Key Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapy license and relevant certifications Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric clinical setting Ability to deliver services in-person and/or via teletherapy as required Strong skills in assessing and developing gross motor plans for students Confidence in collaborating with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills

What You'll Do:

Conduct thorough assessments to determine students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide OT services across diverse settings, including school, home, and virtual platforms as needed Implement therapies designed to enhance motor planning, self-care, and classroom participation Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain timely records in compliance with school and state guidelines Foster inclusion and independence for students within their academic environment
