Grounds and buildings maintenance professional

Deer Mountain Village is looking for a hardworking, skilled individual with construction and heavy equipment experience to join our team full-time. Job Responsibilities Operate construction and grounds equipment safely and efficiently Perform general construction labor and site maintenance Groundskeeping and property upkeep Safely operate chainsaws and other power equipment Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Work at heights when required Lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly Assist with additional duties as needed Qualifications Experience operating heavy equipment and construction machinery preferred Chainsaw experience and safe operation required Valid driver's license required Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Comfortable working independently and in group settings Comfortable performing physically demanding labor Willingness to learn and take direction We are willing to train the right candidate Schedule Minimum 40 hours per week Some weekend work may be required Preferred Skills Construction background Mechanical aptitude Experience with land management or forestry work Pay based on experience.
