Grounds Crew Member

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our tree and landscape crew. Grounds crew members play a key role in supporting tree removal, trimming, and general property cleanup.

Responsibilities:

Assist with tree removal and trimming operations Operate basic landscaping and tree equipment (chainsaws, chippers, blowers, etc.) Clear brush, logs, and debris from job sites Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow directions from crew leaders and climbers Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials Perform general labor tasks as needed

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license preferred Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, working outdoors in all weather) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Experience in tree work or landscaping is a plus, but not required
