Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning to keep outdoor areas pristine Install and repair irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules and plant health Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for planting, digging, and other landscaping projects Maintain lawns by applying fertilizers, aerating soil, and controlling weeds to promote lush growth Support gardening activities such as planting new flora, mulching beds, and seasonal cleanups Conduct routine inspections of landscapes to identify issues requiring maintenance or horticultural intervention Assist with landscaping projects from design implementation to completion, ensuring quality standards are met Experience Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes, along with power tools like trimmers and blowers Knowledge of landscaping best practices including plant care, soil management, and pest control Strong understanding of safety procedures when handling equipment and chemicals Prior experience working with landscaping or gardening teams is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for outdoor work is essential This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive outdoors and take pride in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful environments.
