As they Groundskeeper you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds during all seasons. The range of duties includes lawn care, leaf and snow removal using a variety of tools, equipment and chemicals under the direction of the supervisor. Must be able to follow theses Safety Guidelines for the operation of the equipment and chemicals. Daily lawn care to include watering, raking and blowing leaves. Perform weekly weeding. Water and seed the lawn as needed Lawn maintenance to include lawn, shrubbery and flower pots. Perform landscaping duties as directed to include planting, tilling and weeding. Perform snow removal with shovel and other equipment, as needed. Regular custodial work such as debris on walkways and disposing of it in the proper containers Pay will start off no less than 15.00 an hour availability of overtime
