Groundskeeper

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as Groundskeeper and Maintenance Specialist. This role is essential for maintaining the aesthetic and functional aspects of the grounds and ensuring that our outdoor spaces are healthy, vibrant, and well-kept. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor projects along with hands-on experience in lawn care, maintenance, and cleanup. Responsibilities Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for gardening and landscaping tasks. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency during operations. Picking up trash and hauling to dumpsite on a daily basis. Painting, pressure washing, helping with light construction projects Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards. Skills Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including lawn care and gardening. Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail.
