BGSF is hiring Groundskeepers to support top apartment communities. We're looking for candidates who can keep properties clean, safe, and well-maintained — no shortcuts. This role is best for candidates with previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or general labor experience who are comfortable working on their feet and handling physical tasks throughout the day.

Position:

Groundskeeper - $18/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of the property (trash pickup, dumpster areas, common spaces) Assist with lawn care including mowing, edging, and blowing Support upkeep of grounds, walkways, and amenities Help with light maintenance tasks as needed Ensure the property always presents clean and curb appeal-ready Minimum Requirements (Must Have): Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or general labor experience Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to handle physical work and stay active throughout the shift Reliable transportation and strong attendance Ability to lift 40-50 lbs consistently Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
