Grounds Maintenance & Facilities Assistant Location:

Position Type:

Part-Time (As Needed) No Experience Necessary. Will Train Right Person. Job Description We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and versatile Grounds Maintenance & Facilities Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our dog boarding kennel safe, beautiful, and fully operational for our staff and furry guests. If you enjoy working outdoors, pride yourself on being a jack-of-all-trades, and don't mind a fast-paced environment with dogs around, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):

Landscaping & Grounds Care:

Mowing, weeding, maintaining flower beds, trimming, and general upkeep of the property.

Minor Carpentry & Construction:

Light repairs to fences, gates, enclosures, and other property structures as needed.

Facility Maintenance:

Power washing runs, walkways, and buildings; exterior and interior touch-up painting.

Manual Labor:

Handling heavy lifting, moving materials, clearing debris, and assisting with various outdoor projects.

Qualifications:

Ability to operate standard tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, power washers). Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Physically able to perform manual labor, including lifting up to [50] lbs. Must be comfortable working on a property with dogs. Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
