HIRING FULL TIME GROUNDSKEEPER-BIWEEKLY PAY

We are looking for a detailed-oriented Groundskeeper to join our team. The groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining optimal and pristine property presentation. This role includes daily collection of valet trash. This is an essential role of our groundskeeper and requires the transport of trash to the dumpster/compactor area. The role also includes maintaining cleaning of breezeways common areas of the community. As groundskeeper, you are responsible for maintaining an aesthetically-pleasing and functional outdoor space of the property. We are looking for a candidate with a high degree of accountability and excellent time management skills. Requirements Dependable attendance and punctuality Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions including standing, bending, lifting heavy materials Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining high standards of appearance Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions precisely If you are reliable, motivated, and ready to be part of a great community team, we would love to hear from you!

Pay:

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
