$23/hour South Yuba Club is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to help maintain the beauty and care of our outdoor spaces, including our landscaping and pickleball courts. This role plays a key part in delivering the elevated, welcoming experience our members expect and love.

You're someone who takes pride in a job well done. You notice the small things, a stray weed, a dusty court, a crooked bench, and take action before anyone else has to. You enjoy early mornings, working outdoors, and being part of a team that values community, joy, and luxury that inspires.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine landscaping tasks, including trimming, raking, blowing, and debris removal Light pruning, seasonal planting, fertilizing, and general garden bed care Monitor and assist with basic irrigation needs (sprinkler adjustments, identifying leaks, etc.) Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of pickleball courts and outdoor fitness areas Ensure walkways and entrances are clear, clean, and inviting Identify and report maintenance needs or potential safety concerns Assist with seasonal tasks such as power washing or small outdoor repairs Be a visible, friendly presence for early-morning members—always representing our club with care and professionalism

Qualifications:

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Experience with landscaping tools and grounds care Basic knowledge of planting, fertilizing, pruning, and irrigation systems Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Positive attitude and a commitment to upholding the South Yuba Club standard
