Groundskeeper

UG2 is seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of a one-story shopping center property. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment for tenants, customers, and visitors while working safely and efficiently in all weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities Empty and replace trash can liners throughout the property
Pick up litter and debris across parking lots, sidewalks, landscaped areas, and common spaces
Operate a golf cart to patrol and maintain the property efficiently
Operate a street sweeper to maintain clean roadways and parking areas
Use pressure washers to clean sidewalks, curbs, storefront areas, and other exterior surfaces
Monitor the property for cleanliness, safety hazards, and maintenance concerns
Assist with seasonal and weather-related cleanup, including rain, snow, or storm debris removal as needed
Maintain equipment and tools in safe working condition
Follow all company safety procedures and property regulations
Provide professional and courteous interaction with tenants, customers, and team members Qualifications Valid Driver's License required
Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or property maintenance experience preferred
Ability to operate or learn to operate equipment such as golf carts, street sweepers, and pressure washers
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and punctuality required Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work outdoors for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow About UG2:
