Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, hard-working Groundskeeper/Property Maintenance Technician to maintain and care for our company properties, equipment, and facilities. This is a full-time, year-round position with excellent pay and benefits. Responsibilities Grass cutting and lawn maintenance Landscape upkeep and general property care Maintenance and servicing of mowers and small equipment Power washing buildings and surfaces Washing and maintaining company vehicles Keeping warehouse organized, clean, and professional General property and facility maintenance tasks as needed Qualifications Strong work ethic and attention to detail Experience with lawn equipment and basic mechanical maintenance required Valid driver's license with good driving record Must pass a background check Self-motivated and able to work independently Takes pride in keeping properties clean and well-maintained Compensation & Benefits $55,000 per year salary 100% company-paid health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Stable, year-round employment This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and wants long-term stability with a company that values its team.
