Groundsman for Tree Service

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Groundsman for Tree Removal Service to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic outdoor environment. The role involves supporting tree removal crew while focusing on safety for the crew and surrounding property and individuals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic with a focus on safety and quality. Responsibilities Maintaining a Tidy Work Area Assisting Forestry Equipment Operator Supporting Crew Lead Feeding and Operating Chipper Requirements MUST be able to pass a Drug Test. Valid driver's license; ability to operate company vehicles as needed Prior experience with chain saws and chippers is preferred Knowledge of rigging techniques for lifting or lowering materials during tree removal projects preferred Physical ability to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods Strong commitment to safety procedures and teamwork Enthusiasm for outdoor work with a desire to develop skills

Pay:

$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
