About us Edge Tree Care is a small business in Dillon, MT. We service most of Southwest Montana. Our goal is to provide high quality, efficient, and effective tree care services to our customers. Our company culture focuses on hard work, reliability, and professionalism.
Our work environment includes:
Growth opportunities Casual work attire On-the-job training Drug and smoke-free workplace Professional & courteous workplace Full-Time (Monday - Thursday) We are hiring a Groundsman/Laborer to join our team. On the job training will be provided and there will be lots of opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate is responsible for performing a variety of tasks including cleaning up fallen branches, and pruning or removing trees. Applicants must be able to work independently and be comfortable working outdoors doing physically demanding work.
Responsibilities:
Remove branches, leaves and other debris from yards Prune, remove, and plant trees and shrubs Stump grind Read and understand written and verbal work orders Driving trucks with trailers Loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment Operating skid steers Operating chainsaws and trimmers Maintaining trucks and equipment
Experience:
The right candidate will have the following skill set and experience: Be driven to work hard and be efficient A positive, can-do attitude Experience with trees and landscaping related projects Ability to follow directions and work with others Ability to execute work with an eye for good workmanship, relating to trees and landscaping Driver's license with a clean history Ability to get to and from work Ability to work outside in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50 lbs Ability to use a smartphone app to clock-in/out, review and enter work details
