Full-Time Join Our Team as a Groundsman / Tree Worker We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Groundsman / Tree Worker to join our growing team. No prior experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate! Experienced workers can recieve higher pay. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a hardworking crew, this could be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities:

Assist climbers and crew leaders with tree removal and pruning operations Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely Haul brush and debris Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow all company safety procedures

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to the shop in the morning Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work well with a team CDL is a plus but not required. Applicants with active CDL will warrant hire starting pay.
