About the Role We're seeking a Group Facilitator who is passionate about client-centered work and who will facilitate therapeutic group programming. Responsibilities Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducational sessions Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EMR Provide case management and coordinate care with the treatment team Qualifications Must hold an active

CAADC. LSW, LCSW, LMFT, LAPC, LPC

preferred Experience with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders. Required Skills Strong group facilitation skills and clinical judgment. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Preferred Skills Reasonable caseloads and dedicated documentation time. Autonomy to use your preferred modalities. Quarterly bonus opportunities (up to 10%).
