Group Home Shift Leader / Residential Direct Support Manager

Work 7 Days on followed by 7 days off! Work Location is in Boone, NC

DESCRIPTION

Assure residents' health and safety while providing a home atmosphere. Administer medications and support residents in their home with personal care, medical needs, meals, and daily living skills. Implement participants' goals according to their individual plans. Supervise staff on shift and assure direct care is provided. Provide positive community integration experiences including shopping, socialization, and money management. Keep accurate records and documentation of daily activities and progress for each participant/resident as required by applicable standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school education and two years of experience in related area or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Ability to effectively work with adults with developmental disabilities. Background check, MVR check, Driver's License with acceptable driving record, and reliable vehicle required.

DETAILS:

Work 7 consecutive days (Wednesday to Wednesday) that include staying overnight with time off during the day on weekdays, followed by 7 days off.
