Group Supervisor

Preschool Lead Teacher | ⭐ STAR 4 Center We are looking for a passionate, creative, and dependable Preschool Lead Teacher to join our team! If you love working with preschool-aged children and enjoy creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences, we'd love to meet you. As a STAR 4 center , we are committed to providing high-quality early childhood education and meeting the highest standards set by DHS. We are seeking a strong leader who can create a positive classroom environment and guide children through important developmental milestones. What you'll do: Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans Create a structured, nurturing, and fun classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, and academic growth Lead and support assistant teachers in the classroom Maintain open and positive communication with families Ensure all DHS regulations and center policies are followed Keep the classroom clean, organized, and inviting

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience working with children Associates or bachelor's degree in any fields: Early Childhood Education Child Development Elementary Education Special Education Human Services (with child-related coursework) Family & Consumer Sciences (child development focus) Must meet Pennsylvania DHS requirements for a Lead Teacher Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Passion for early childhood education ✨ No CDA yet? Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
