As a Guest Care Specialist, you are a huge part of the overall client experience. Around here, it is never about "I, me, or my." It is about us, we, and them — our team, our guests, and the experience we create together. We work hard, and yes, that includes some evenings and Saturdays. But we also understand real life and family life matter too, which is why Sundays are for rest, along with a day off during the week. We take pride in keeping our salon clean, organized, and uncluttered, so being able to multitask and stay on top of the details is a must. As for dress code? Think trendy, casual, and put-together. No uniform required. Our vibe is relaxed but professional, and our playlist usually keeps things fun — anywhere from 80s throwbacks to 2000s hits, with country music taking over on Fridays. We are also big believers in education and growth. We love learning, attending classes, and evolving with the beauty industry as it changes. We want people on our team who are excited to keep growing, because we believe the best way to succeed is to climb together.
