Duties Welcome guests with enthusiasm, providing friendly and attentive customer service throughout their visit Manage guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors Assist in organizing and overseeing events, activities, and entertainment programs to ensure smooth execution Handle cash transactions accurately during food service or merchandise sales, maintaining proper cash handling procedures Support safety protocols by monitoring guest behavior, especially around pools or recreational areas, with lifeguard experience preferred Engage with children and families through interactive activities, public speaking engagements, or guided tours to enhance their experience Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards across all guest areas Assist in social media duties Experience Proven background in customer service or hospitality roles within resort, theater, or event environments Experience managing or coordinating events, activities, or entertainment programs Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally and calmly Lifeguard certification or experience working as a lifeguard is highly desirable for supervising aquatic areas Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children and families in lively settings Excellent public speaking skills for leading tours or engaging groups in activities Previous food service experience is a plus for assisting in concessions or dining areas Join us as a Guest Experience Specialist and become the catalyst for creating joyful moments! $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
