We're looking for an energetic and experienced hospitality professional who is passionate about people, operations, and delivering an exceptional guest experience every single day. The Guest Experience Supervisor will support the Director of Guest Experiences in overseeing the day-to-day hospitality operations at
DSRT SURF.
This role is responsible for supervising front-line staff, managing the guest-facing environment, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the energy, quality, and standards of the
DSRT SURF
brand. The Guest Experience Supervisor will play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while developing a high-performing team and maintaining an exceptional retail and hospitality environment. This position works closely with the Director of Guest Experiences, operations, and leadership teams to align daily execution with overall business goals and guest experience standards. What You'll Do Supervise day-to-day hospitality operations and ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience across all touchpoints Lead, coach, and support front-line staff during shifts, providing real-time direction, feedback, and accountability Manage employee scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage, operational efficiency, and team balance Conduct performance reviews, deliver constructive feedback, and support staff development and growth Oversee the retail area including product presentation, inventory organization, restocking, and overall merchandising standards Process and manage invoices, cash handling, daily reconciliation, and basic financial reporting with accuracy and accountability Monitor and maintain operational standards for cleanliness, safety, presentation, and guest flow throughout the facility Address guest concerns, complaints, and escalations with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-focused approach Assist in onboarding and training new team members to ensure alignment with

service standards and culture Communicate operational needs, staffing updates, and guest feedback to the Director of Guest Experiences Support events, activations, and special programming as needed Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and applicable health and safety regulations
Requirements:
What You Bring Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality, retail, guest services, or a related environment required Strong understanding of hospitality operations, guest experience standards, and team management Experience with scheduling, cash handling, invoicing, and basic financial accountability Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm and focused under pressure Experience conducting performance reviews and delivering feedback with professionalism and care Retail operations experience including merchandising, inventory, and product presentation Professional presence and strong relationship building skills with both guests and team members Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with leadership Stoke Who You Are You're a natural leader who thrives on the floor, not behind a desk. DSRT SURF
is currently operating within an active growth and development environment. Team members may occasionally work around changing operational priorities, evolving business needs, events, and active hospitality environments. Appropriate attire and adherence to all company standards and policies will be required while representing the brand. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout hospitality and operational environments for extended periods Ability to occasionally lift and move retail inventory, supplies, or operational equipment Ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events as needed Ability to work in fast-paced hospitality and operational environments Compensation This is a non-exempt, hourly position. The anticipated pay range for this role is $23.00-$25.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, skills, and business needs. Schedule Expectations This is a full-time hourly position. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events may be required based on operational needs.
