This role is responsible for for maintaining clean, attractive, and welcoming guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards. This role ensures a positive guest experience by providing exceptional cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust furniture and fixtures Clean mirrors, windows, and surfaces to maintain hotel standards Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control policies Ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and supplies in an organized manner Qualifications & Skills Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to stand for extended periods, bend and reach frequently, and lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to work morning shifts, weekends, and holidays Schedule Morning shifts (typically starting around 9am-10am may vary by hotel needs)
